Black Nudism: A Historical Perspective

When I considered the lifestyle of a nudist as an African American male I had to consider it from my vantage point. I did some research on Black nudism and Brian J. Hoffman's book Naked: A Cultural History of American Nudism. One of the chapters in his book talks about a Black couple and their experience with segregation and the concept of the races mixing in a nudist setting. Technically we're born as nudism enthusiasts. How many of can remember taking off your clothing and parading around proudly showing off your tiny bits. You were proud of your body and you wanted the world to know it! What happened to your pride and who replaced it with shame?
