Fabric Free Rules
What are the Fabric Free Rules? I'm glad that you asked! The Fabric Free Rules are quite simple. Whenever I am sharing a space with a female friend I inform her that I don't sleep with clothes on. Nothing sexual; purely platonic. Most people don't understand my philosophy initially and think that I am making a thinly disguised play to display my nudity, but it's not. Nudity is a natural thing for me and has absolutely nothing to do with sex.
The people who equate sex with nudity are living in a false construct created by Western Civilization.

At what point is nakedness natural?
The other day I had a thought provoking conversation with the man who was helping me to organize my room. He told me his story about how at one time he didn't have a place to live and he asked an older lady from the church if he could rent a room at her house. She agreed and he became a renter at her house.
He did his handyman thing and she did her retired lady thing until one day she had a stroke. Shortly after, she had another. He became her caregiver and gave her the daily medication, fed her and bathed her.
I didn't say anything, but I thought to myself her nakedness was totally natural. It was like washing someone's hands. You don't think about it in a sexual way. You just do it.
I wish that we could all accept the human body in this way.
Let me be a fabric freedom advocate.

Are nudists better educated?
To be a nudist in American society you are willing to go against convention.
You must be open minded and willing to think outside of the norm.
Most of the people who you associate with share many of the same values. Does your level of education matter if you fit into this category? What type of employment are you likely to have? Do associate with other nudists socially or at home?
I'm an exile in my own country!
I haven't been in my natural state for far too long. I'm going through fabric free withdrawals. I wanted to go to a nudist resort and let it all hang out literally and figuratively, but I have to play taxi driver for my nephew on Saturday.
That means that I will delay my field trip for the next weekend.
Do you ask a platonic friend to join you? Is it appropriate? I don't want to make things forever weird by doing this, but I don't want to go by myself.

Passport to Portraiture
I love to travel. I plan to travel to another country to fulfill a decades long dream of being a nude model. I have dreamt of being a nude model for quite some time and most people don't understand my wish. It has to do with a non sexual view of nudity. The majority of people don't get it. Most guys in the United States have a distorted view of nudity. When they see a naked woman they automatically think of sex.
Well ladies. Not every guy thinks of sex the moment that they see a nude woman.
I plan to travel to Australia however this time I am going for the primary purpose of posing as a nude model. Sure I want to go to the touristy places and take in the sites.
I want to check 'Nude Model' off my bucket list.
To check this off my bucket list in another country will be totally awesome!
Stay tuned for my passport to portraiture.

When Undressed Is Well Dressed
When I consider what appropriate attire is I usually think of business casual. A Polo shirt or button down shirt with a pair of khaki pants. In Western culture that is what's considered average attire for work on Friday.
But, what is considered average or normal attire for a nudist resort?
If you are wearing little more than a pair of cowboy boots with a 10 gallon hat on, would you be overdressed?
I suppose it depends on where you are.
Which begs the question; when is undressed well dressed?

Beauty
"Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
This commonly referred to quote says that beauty is a subjective quality. One that is intensely personal.
What is beauty?
My idea of beauty is communing with nature and living in your surroundings. This includes plants, animals, and humans.
